The staff members were helpful. they provided gluten-free bread for a guest with a gluten allergy each morning for breakfast. the owner is attentive. He assists guests with needs. the location is central. It is perfect to get around.

Rooms are close to a busy bar. Music is loud until early morning. i felt the bass throughout my room. the hotel installed soundproof glass, though the air conditioning turns off during winter. this makes the rooms stuffy, so i couldn't open the windows due to the noise.

the location was a short distance from all major attractions so we explored easily. we felt genuinely cared for. the hotel provided a clean and well equipped room with a kettle for tea making.

the breakfast did not meet my expectations , especially the restaurant's offerings.

the staff was great! the owner was present and offered helpful advice about local attractions and directions. he seemed very customer-focused. the hotel was decorated tastefully, clean, and comfortable. i enjoyed my stay and would come back.
